The Ulferts Group: From the north to the whole of Germany
The origins of the Ulferts Group
In 1972, Hermann Ulferts had the idea of founding his own company for truck-mounted crane work due to an accident involving a concrete mixer at his former ready-mix concrete company.
This idea was quickly followed by action and machines and, over the years, various branches in order to be able to offer a service of comparable quality nationwide.
Subsequently, the fields of operation were expanded to include heavy haulage and the rental of work platforms, telescopic forklifts, etc.
Today, the Ulferts Group employs around 200 people at 7 locations.
Together with the partner companies Ulferts & Wittrock and Küpers & Ulferts, over 400 people are employed at 16 locations.
